Trademark and Intellectual Property Information
All speakers are reminded to properly use trademarks and intellectual property. Specifically, all trademarks should be
presented in capital letters, and that they be used as adjectives, and not as nouns, verbs, or generic names.
It is also recommended that the appropriate designation be used in connection with registered (®) and unregistered (™) marks,
with an acknowledgement of the owner. In addition, any use of the intellectual property of a third party must comply
with applicable federal and state laws.
