Speaker Preparation Room
The Speaker Preparation Room is available for speakers to put final touches on presentations. The room is equipped with a PC and printer. Based
on submissions from previous meetings, the following applications will be supported on a Windows XP Platform: Lotus SmartSuite and Microsoft
Office Suite.
You must be a registered speaker, displaying your badge, to enter the Speaker Preparation Room. Hours are as follows:
- Monday-Wednesday, August 22 - 24, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday, August 25, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
